Role: Siebel Developer Location: Norfolk VA Long Term Contract Responsibilities as a Sr. Software Developer, you will: . Maintains active relationships with Product Owner, Systems Analyst and Quality Analyst to understand business requirements, leads design and technical reviews with architects or Product Owner . Leads development efforts . Develops and owns Program Increment list of features . Develops and defines application scope and objectives and supervises the preparation of technical and/or functional specifications from with programs will be written . Performs technical design reviews and code reviews . Ensures unit test is completed and meets the test plan requirements, system testing is completed, and system is implemented according to plan . Support teams on high priority issues Requirements: . Seven or more years in Software Development with supporting/interfacing with business stakeholders experience; multi-platform experience, and expert level experience with business and technical applications; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. . Siebel IP 17 & above experience (Workspaces) . Siebel Application Configuration, Scripting, Workflow, REST API/SOAP Web Service, EAI Expertise .
