*Position: Java Developer with Hadoop ( Its mainly Java developer role)*
*Location: Dearborn, MI*
*Type: Contract*
*Java and PCF Skills:-*
- Total 7+ years' experience in Java, Lead Java Programmer
- At least one implementation project on PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry)
platform Interest and ideally hands-on experience in a manufacturing
environment (Optional, Not mandatory)
- Working experience in Jenkins, GitHub, continuous integration testing,
scripting is added advantage experience in Spring Boot Application
development, Maven, Gradle
- Experience on securing web applications using Single sign on, OpenID,
PCF SSO (optional)
- Good database environment knowledge Comfortable with Structured Query
Language Good knowledge of enterprise Java development
- Good knowledge of Basic understanding of quality processes and
production control methods preferred but not essential (Six Sigma, SPC,
Cpk, Root Cause analysis)
- Experience with *Web services*
*Hadoop Skills:-*
- Processing and consumption and implement solutions to those into a
central Big Data Platform System Design, Development and Implementation.
- Defining job flows using Hadoop Scheduler, e.g. Oozie, Apache Falcon,
Zookeeper etc.
- Develop MapReduce programs or Hadoop streaming.
- Working experience in Hive is mandatory
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, unit testing and
integration testing.
- Manage Hadoop jobs using scheduler
- Reports critical issues to management effectively, timely and with
clarity.
