Position: Oracle CRM Functional Consultant Location: Cleveland, OH Duration: Contract USC/GC/GC-EAD Job Description: •8-12+ years Strong CRM expertise across module •Should have 5-10 years of Oracle CRM Functional consultant experience •Strong experience in R12 Upgrades ( 12.1 x to 12.2.8/9) •Hands on experience with OM /Shipping is an advantage •Should have at least one full 11i to R12 upgrade experience. •Oracle R12 CRM modules experience i.e Depot Repair, Service Contracts. Installed Base, Field Service, Tele Service •Good understanding of new Oracle EBS R12 functionalities in CRM modules. •Study of Process reports and documents and mapping them into the system •Involved in streamlining functional requirements, preparing and reviewing Test Scenario, Unit Testing and Integration Testing •Must be good in documentation. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Should have exposure to CRM Tables and Views Best Regards Ankit Gautam Next Level Business Services, Inc.
