POSITION 1 *Role: Test Analyst*
*Location: Indianapolis* *Job Description:* Testers are responsible for system, system integration, regression and external interface testing. They may also support the client’s user acceptance testing. They will familiarize themselves with approved project requirements and business design, and may often generate the systems integration testing plan. Additionally, the testers will need to learn all Indiana Medicaid testing tools, and execute actual test cases. *Qualifications:* Ø Minimum of 1-year experience performing in a Testing role Ø Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, math, OR 5 years’ experience in a Testing role Ø 1 years’ experience with health care claims processing Ø 3 years’ MS Office experience including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio Ø 3 years’ experience with ALM or another similar test management tool Ø Professional in all job facets (appearance, facilitation, communication, other) Ø Ability to work independently on assigned activities Ø Ability to work minimum 40 hours per week, and overtime when project deadlines necessitate *Duties and Responsibilities:* Ø Facilitate meetings/walkthrough effectively Ø Interview project stakeholders to elicit information to complete templates (requirements, design, test plans, education manuals, other) Ø Generate grammatically correct documentation: report definitions, training manuals, operating procedures manuals, bulletins to provider community, test plans, and other materials Ø Communicating effectively with Project Manager and project stakeholders Ø Ability to independently research departmental standards, processes, and procedures, as well as Indiana Medicaid policy and procedures, to self-educate on assigned project *POSITION 2* *Business Analyst* *Location is Indianapolis* *Job Description:* Business Analysts are responsible primarily for gathering project requirements by talking to Medicaid stakeholders and capturing them in a standard template. The business analyst is also responsible for documenting the business design for the assigned project including design of user interface and web page layouts and the functionality being added. Report format and content, Letter format and content, Web Page layout and functionality, Business Process Definitions and procedural steps. This is all completed through extensive research of Medicaid business practices, stakeholder interviews, and walkthroughs with the client. Business Analysts also may participate in developing test plans and performing test case validation. Business Analysts will also draft provider communications, training material and user documentation. *Qualifications:* Ø Bachelor’s Degree, OR 5 years of experience in Business Analyst role o Preferred: Technical discipline (computer science, engineering, math) Ø Minimum 3 years’ of client facing experience in any capacity (salesman, customer service agent, business relationship with client) Ø Experience with health care industry, especially Medicaid o Preferred: 3 years of experience o Preferred: Familiar with risk-based Managed Care Ø Experience with a large IT application: development and/or maintenance o Preferred: 3 years of experience o Preferred: Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurer Ø Minimum 3 years’ MS Office experience o Preferred: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Visio *Duties and Responsibilities:* Ø Ability to facilitate a meeting/walkthrough effectively; manage attendees Ø Ability to interview project stakeholders to elicit information to complete templates (requirements, design, test plans, education manuals, other) Ø Ability to generate grammatically correct documentation: report definitions, training manuals, operating procedures manuals, bulletins to provider community, test plans, and other materials Ø Ability to communicate effectively with Project Manager and project stakeholders Ø Ability to convey professionalism in all job facets (appearance, facilitation, communication, other) Ø Ability to accurately record work time (project, work day, number of hours) in time tracking applications on a daily basis Ø Ability to work independently on assigned activities Ø Ability to independently research departmental standards, processes, and procedures, as well as Indiana Medicaid policy and procedures, to self-educate on assigned project Ø Ability to work minimum 40 hours per week, and overtime when project deadlines necessitate *POSITION 3* *.Net UI Developer* *Job Description:* Under general direction, develops and maintains data processing applications which meet customer business needs. Codes, tests and implements computer programs in developmental and maintenance modes. Defines system requirements and priorities with customers and ensures that daily needs are met. Develops system and programming specifications. Designs data processing solutions based on business need and technical considerations. Researches and resolves application production problems. Monitors application performance and performs run time improvement functions. Prepares system documentation. *Qualifications:* Ø Minimum two years of work experience in web technologies Ø Experience in healthcare industry Ø Work related experience in these technologies required: ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> - C#, JavaScript, NET Web Services and Oracle Ø Work related experience in these technologies helpful: CSS, XML processing, .NET Ajax Toolkit, and SQL Ø Experience with Systems Development Life Cycle methodology Ø Strong analytical skills Ø Strong communication skills Ø College degree preferred or equivalent work experience *Duties and Responsibilities:* Ø Ability to code and test computer program.
