Position Title: Dot Net Developer (HBITS-01-10533) Location: Rensselaer, NY Duration: 24 Months Client: State of NY Dept of (Children & Family Services) Required Skills: * 84 months experience developing N-Tier .net web applications * 60 months experience developing applications utilizing .Net 4.5 or above. * 72 months experience writing and developing Web Services or Windows Communication Foundation (WCF). * 72 months experience with PL/SQL writing packages stored procedures and triggers. * 48 months experience design & deployment of complex SQL objects and relational databases design. * 48 months experience utilizing Model View Controller (MVC) * 36 months experience utilizing jQuery. * 36 months experience with Team Foundation Server. * Bachelor's degree Roles and responsibilities: * Work in coordination with a team of developers to write the new Facility Application Management system in ASP.net MVC. * Work with Business Analyst on analysis and logical design. * Perform unit testing and correct all identified bugs. * Perform complex VB.Net coding. * Assist with responding to Day Care data requests. * The individual in this position will work under the direction of a Technical Lead, Project Manager & Software Architect. * Perform writing of complex stored procedures/triggers in an Oracle database utilizing PL/SQL Job description: The Child Care Facility System (CCFS) will continue to meet the needs of the Division of Child Care Services (DCCS) throughout with the addition of the Facility Application and Management System (FAMS). The Division has seen changing priorities as well as the dictates of changing statutory and regulatory requirements. DCCS has decided to pursue the development of the CCFS Facility Application and Management System (FAMS). FAMS will be a secure web-based process to be used by applicants for authorization to operate OCFS programs. This process will allow users to complete the application process online and directly populate the system(s) of record namely CCFS.
