Title: O365 Admin Location: Columbus, IN Duration: 6 Months *Please submit Only Diversity (Female) profiles* Experience/Role: * Good working experience on Exchange onprem and Online, along with other O365 suite offerings, like OneDrive, Delve, Yammer etc. * Working experience on Skype for Business online and hybrid environment, along with MS Teams. * Monitor, Administer, Troubleshoot and provide L2/L3 server support for Email routing for infrastructure hosted on Microsoft O365 and Exchange onprem. * Identify options to proactively monitor services and identify key issues and performance trends needing attention. * Good troubleshooting and analytical skills to handle critical\urgent issues on email and collaboration infrastructure, and driving them to resolution. * O365 security concepts and understanding from collaboration perspective. * Working experience on ADFS, AD Connect and other identity Federation. * Understand Incident management, Change management and Problem management from ITIL perspective. * Understanding of with Lotus Notes and SharePoint is added advantage.
