*       Documentation and testing for upgrades and custom development

*       Developing and maintaining metrics for adoption and governance
*       Developing content completeness governance processes

*       Providing training for Enterprise Data Catalog

*       Refinement and updating training materials
*       Providing live trainings and on-demand trainings

*       Provide support for additional team tools and projects.

Skills Required:

*       Excellent written and oral communication skills
*       Highly comfortable with presenting to small to large groups
*       Highly comfortable providing training to a variety of users with a
range of backgrounds (technical, non-technical)
*       Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle Processes
*       Comfortable working independently, in small teams, and
cross-functionally
*       Willingness to learn new concepts, tools, and methodologies

Description:

Develop, execute and manage IT projects within the defined scope. Expedite,
manage and coordinated a multitude of interrelated IT project activities
within the constraints of human and financial resources and changing
priorities to ensure the successful completion of projects. 

Responsibilities 

*       Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional
Policies and procedures. 
*       Initiate and Plan IT Projects: Works with business and IT management
to establish and gain consensus on project goals, objectives and
deliverables. 
*       Project Control: Assess the degree to which changes to scope, issues
and risks will affect projects working with department, divisional
management and sponsor to gain agreement for resolution. Measure performance
to assure the project is progressing as compared to original plan and
budget. 
*       Executing and Closing Projects: Develops and executes a work plan
obtaining authorized resources to ensure all activities are performed.
Gather lessons learned and obtain final project approval from sponsor and
stakeholders. 
*       Project Communication: Communicate project progress by producing
project reports to provide timely and accurate project status and decision
support information to Project Team, Department and Division management. 
*       Resource and Team Management: Coordinate resources to ensure project
needs are addressed and effectively assign tasks and deliverables to team
members based upon their abilities. Supervises and motivates
cross-functional project team of business analysts, developers, and
validation analysts. 
*       Quality Management: Responsible for compliance with applicable
Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures. 

Qualifications 

*       Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science or related discipline,
or equivalent experience. 
*       PMP Certified preferred 
*       At least 6 years' experience in project management, business systems
analysis, software development or deployment, with a minimum of 3 years'
experience managing projects. 
*       Total Combined Experience: 7-10 years.

Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Engineer 

Location: North Chicago, IL

Description:

5-10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING: 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

The candidate is responsible for all software quality assurance activities
such as evaluation of software lifecycle (SLC) deliverables for compliance
with Operating Procedures, FDA requirements and the CFR including 21 CFR
Part 11. Lead or participate in various reviews, risk analyses and other
software quality assurance activities with primary focus on review and
approval of validation test scripts and incident reports. Have a background
in software engineering, software lifecycle activities, or software
validation and be familiar with the work products that result from SLC key
activities. Knowledge or experience in requirements gathering, analysis
techniques, software verification/validation techniques, configuration
management techniques or documentation standards. The candidate should be
familiar with IEEE, SEI, ISO and have experience in a regulated environment.
Analytical skills are important, as is the ability to manage tasks. Must be
able to manage multiple tasks and resources. Defines and tracks quality
assurance metrics. Good verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge
or experience in SAP testing and HP ALM Quality Center preferred. 

 

REQUIRED: Minimum Bachelor's degree, background in software engineering or
software quality assurance. Hands-on professional with experience in the
software lifecycle (SLC).
