*Role: Performance Architect/lead* *Location: Pleasanton, CA* *Type: Contract* *CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:* 14 - 16 years in Performance Engineering and Performance Testing Area – 5+ years in an Test Architect role. – Proven track record in project leadership with good references. - In-depth knowledge and working experience with Performance Center, Wiley, Site scope, AppDynamics, New Relic, Dynatrace, Splunk and other latest Performance Engineer & Performance Testing tools. Experience in Service Virtualization and Open Source performance testing tools (Apache JMeter, WebLOAD etc) - Waterfall, V-model, Agile testing methodology experience. - Experience with multiple architecture, technology testing and with complex projects. – Experience in implementing CI/CD across multiple projects. Experience managing resources directly, onshore/offshore and in a matrixed model. Experience working in a global team in a vendor dependent model - Great Presentation and communication skills.
