· Setup offers promotions coupons and templates in Loyalty
interface in UAT and Production
· Work with QA teams to test offers when determined necessary
before production release
· Troubleshoot production offer and coupon related issues with
internal and external teams
· Assist with loyalty program configuration offers requests raise
awareness around potential risks
· Ensure platform health through day to day execution and system
health checks to prevent impact to guests and internal stakeholders
· Regularly interface with technology partners including
Infrastructure Enterprise Architecture WebMobile Systems teams Marketing
Teams and Vendors to manage delivery of projects and production support of
loyalty CRM and offer management platforms
· Become a subject matter expert on Loyalty for offer promotion
creation coach and oversee new users
