- Salesforce Service Cloud Developer with 4 years development experience.
- Salesforce CRM, Apex Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers, SOQL, SOSL,
Visual Force Pages /Components, Workflow & Approvals, Process Builder,
Validation Rules, Sharing Rules, Chatter, Dashboards, Analytic Snapshots.
- Configuration which may include workflow rules, approval process,
flows based on requirements
- Chatter with customization and development
- Customization to post chatter comments based on case updates based on
requirements
- Salesforce Integration
- Develop webservices to get data through APIs
- Customization to call APIs within community and service console
- Coordination with various teams to get appropriate requirements and
design
- Good communication skills
- Work with in multivendor environment
- Provide inputs to Architecture team
- Provide options and suggestion to business team on workflow, process
customizations, OOTB SF features
