*Job Responsibilities *
1. Work with Functional and business teams to understand business needs and
design new interfaces.
2. Help the remote development team to understand the business needs and
ensure development is done as per the design
3. Ensure quality of deliverables
4. Ensure interfaces are designed with stringent performance requirements
in mind
5. Derive a strategy to perform performance / load testing.
6. Clearly communicate do’s / don’t and best practices to other functional
teams
7. Should be an expert in IBM integration Bus v10 or higher, ITX v9 or
higher and App Connect Enterprise
*Job Requirements *
1. 8+ Years of Strong experience in *IBM products such as IIB
10, WTX and MQ*.
2. 3+ Years of experience as an expert in IBM Financial
Transaction Manager (FTM) product
3. Experience in Payment Processing Systems in banking domain.
4. Familiar with Payments messaging standards such as NACHA, ISO
20022, SWIFT
5. Familiar with SOA design principles
6. Very well versed with Web Services and XML technologies
7. Strong software development background with emphasis on
systems integration
8. Experience with Linux/Unix platforms
*Good-to-have skills*
• Experience in the banking industry especially in the payments
business is preferred.
• Experience with Payment Engines or Payment Hubs with a
preference for IBM FTM experience.
