Role(s): Lead IT BA / PM Role Location(s): Swedesboro, NJ 12+ Month contract Role Scope / Deliverables: Lead the detailed planning and management of the project from inception to project completion JD: . Manage the Change Control process for assigned projects . Ensure project milestones and targets are met by actively managing project on a day to day basis through appropriate resource, issue, and risk management . Ensure appropriate tools and techniques are available and employed by the project team to enable them to meet their assigned objectives successfully . Track and manage project actuals against established budgets . Estimate project tasks and ensure budget / appropriation requests are submitted and approved . Successfully deliver assigned projects to targets (on time, on budget, and in scope) . Lead one or more projects at any given time, depending on the needs of the business . Lead cross-functional team meetings and ensure capture of discussion points and action items . Learn the system landscape and business offerings . Gather, review and analyze user requirements. . Construct workflow charts and diagrams as necessary by studying system capabilities . Translate client requirements to system / functional requirements to facilitate requirement reviews and subsequent design; this will involve both oversight and hands-on requirement development, depending on project scope . Lead and participate in testing of system requirements or training, as needed . Report to the Program Management Office for the duration of all assigned projects o Work with business managers to propose and justify new technology-based business improvements . Work in a validated environment. . Comply with company's Global IT Policies & Procedures . Perform other duties as assigned Key Skills: . 5 years' experience managing Software Development full life cycle development projects . Bachelor Degree Preferred . Strong analytical and project management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements . Project management training or certification a plus . Experience with Application Development related Technologies for 4+ years (specially exposure to Database, Client server technologies, Web technologies, etc) . Validated Systems experience is desired . Demonstrates self-discipline and motivation in all aspects of job performance . Strong organizational Skills . Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audience . Able to complete assignment with minimal direction . Must be able to work in a high-pressure team environment, handle multiple tasks and react quickly to networking problems and issues . Must adapt to rapidly changing technologies . Enhanced PC knowledge and skill sets utilizing Microsoft products . Familiarity of Microsoft Project a plus . Interest in expanding one's knowledge in the technology industry . Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts . Quick learner with strong analytical skills with attention to detail .
