Role: Automation QA Salesforce Tester Location: Phoenix, AZ Client: Cognizant End Client: PetSmart Job Description: . The focus of the QA Engineer will be to ensure all changes to the applications are tested adequately. . The QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring test plans and test cases follow all standards and are appropriate on a project by project basis. . The QA Engineer is responsible for using all test management tools according to standards. Over time, the QA Engineer is responsible for building technical expertise in our applications. Responsibilities: . Create, execute and maintain unit/functional/integration automated tests for Salesforce applications, leveraging its services APIs . Investigate and debug test failures, updating tests or reporting bugs as necessary and provide test coverage analysis based on automation results . Report, monitor and track resolution of defects . Write and demonstrate automated scripts and encourage feedback from stakeholders via frequent show and tell sessions . Develop metrics and measurement capabilities to demonstrate product quality . Be an advocate for software quality and test automation with our business & technology partners Requirements: . Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or related field . Five to Seven years of experience developing automated tests in functional programming languages such as Java and frameworks such as Selenium . Experience working in agile development environments (user stories, technical specifications, verification and testing methods, etc.) . Experience with Apex Salesforce . Strong SQL knowledge, including writing and executing queries to analyze data . Good analytical ability . Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills .
