Salesforce and Veeva Knowledge ,Knowledge of writing user stories,
requirements gathering.
*Secondary Skills :*
• At least 10 years of experience in Information Technology.
• At least 8 years of experience as a business analyst on progressively
complex solutions, especially in CRM.
• At least 6 years of experience with Salesforce.com.
• Must have through knowledge about Salesforce capabilities and functional
flow. Should be able to clearly articulate requirements in Salesforce
fitment and format.
• Extensive Salesforce configuration and Administration experience. Working
knowledge of Salesforce customization and development using technologies.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Excellent written, verbal
communication and presentation skills.
• Experience of client interviews / JAD sessions / requirements workshop
execution.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud certification.
• Agile knowledge.
