*Project Details:*

·         We are looking for a passionate, results-oriented, innovative
Scrum Master to drive execution across multiple projects, platforms and
solutions within an organization engaged in agile transformation. As Scrum
Master the role will work closely with product managers, user experience
designers, engineering teams, our operations group, business stakeholders,
program managers, and multiple internal and external teams to deliver
customer-oriented, innovative, quality products that delight our customers.

·         This role requires a highly motivated self-starter who is
comfortable working within a complex technical environment with rapid
changes in requirements, direction and environment. The ideal candidate is
equally comfortable digging into business requirements and product planning
as well as drilling into technical architecture and design. The position
will also be responsible for evangelizing program management best practices
to facilitate delivery of large, cross-functional initiatives.



*Essential Duties:*

·         Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum
practices and values to delight customers

·         Guiding the team on how to get the most out of self-organization

·         Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional
gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks

·         Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and
coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is
sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization

·         Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by
finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.

·         Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be
raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an
emphasis of healing and problem solving.

·         Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning,
or dictating the work.

·         Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution

·         Assisting with internal and external communication, improving
transparency, and radiating information

·         Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with
respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.

·         Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership
style whenever possible, and leading by example



*Required Skills/Experience:*

·         Second level Scrum Master Certification (CSP, PSM II)

·         Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years
for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum
principles, practices, and theory.

·         Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc

·         Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile
techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous
Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games

·         Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team

·         Experience applying a wide variety of well documented patterns
and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum
approach(example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective
formats, handling bugs, etc)

·         Previous experience as a team lead

·         Excellent communication and mentoring skills





*Position2:* Agile Coach IV / Project Manager

*Job Description:*

·         We are seeking an individual to lead the adoption and create
agile best practices around project management for our Mergers &
Acquisition team.

·         The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in the
use of Microsoft Teams and Kanban.  As a MS Teams SME, your primary role
will be as a Technology and Strategy Expert and must be well versed in
Teams plugins including Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS), Planner,
Sharepoint, Wiki, Reporting, general governance documentation related to
the use of Teams and the creation of a new project but may also include
apps like Flow, Power BI, Webex, Conferencing, etc.

·         The successful candidate will be able to handle diverse and
challenging projects throughout the M&A space on a compressed time schedule
and will be responsible for the leading the implementation and integration
of our migration / adoption to Teams and other Microsoft tools.



What you'll be doing:

•             Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Teams across
the M&A team.

•             Create implementation and integration strategies for us to
get the most out of Teams.

•             Communicate clearly across all divisions to employees at all
levels.

•             Work closely with teammates to foster adoption.

•             Document procedures to create repeatable patterns.



What you'll need to join:

*Position3:* Application Development: Software Developer - Java IV

Location: Portland, OR, 97204, USA

Duration: 9+ Months

Max Rate: $50 - $55/h on C2C



*Project Details:*

·         10 years of Java and JavaEE based web application development
experience

·         Thorough understanding and the ability to utilize Java object
oriented design patterns5 years of experience with Spring Framework and
expert knowledge of dependency injection

·         5 years of experience with Hibernate ORM, object mapping and HQL
tuning

·         2 years experience with Kafka or similar streaming framework

·         Thorough understanding of workflows and business process
management

·         Expert level JUnit test experience and the knowledge of at least
one mock framework such as Mockito

·         Good UML diagram authoring skills. Understand package, class,
actor, state machine, and sequence diagrams

·         Familiarity with a SQL platform and be able troubleshoot test
data using join queries

·         Experience using Eclipse IDE, Git based repositories, and

·         USB Compliance Risk experience preferred.  2 projects need to be
managed.

·         One project is related to State Law and the other is on Control
Documentation.

·         10+ years experience - This position requires experience managing
multiple technology projects within the financial industry involving
planning/tracking, issues resolution, conflict management, resource
management, status reporting, quality enforcement, and multiple vendors.

·         Skills:  Bachelor's degree or higher; or 5 more years
experience.  Proficiency with project scheduling and tracking tools.
MS-Project, Project Central, SharePoint, and Excel. Familiarity with
network technologies:  Frame Relay, Dial, Multi-drop, Leased line, TCP/IP,
SNA, SDLC, BSC, Routers, Modems, Cabling, and telecommunications



*Position5:* Application Developer – Adobe Analytics

·         This technical position is responsible for supporting and
championing the analytic needs of our business line stakeholders by
providing high quality web analytics implementations, analysis, and
training for Adobe Analytics Platform (SiteCatalyst).



*Job Responsibilities:*

·         Evaluate business goals and objectives from multiple business
teams, assist business lines to articulate KPIs and translate KPIs to a
measurement plan to develop tracking/tagging strategies for measuring
online metrics

·         Responsible for creating technical implementation specs for Adobe
Analytics and working with development, CMS and tag management teams on the
implementation.

·         Responsible for creating testing artifacts and performing quality
assurance tests on tracking implementations

·         Extensive dashboard development in Adobe Analytics based on
