Summary: Our client is undergoing an aggressive growth agenda to ensure a stable future foundation within its Human Capital Management (HCM) function. · The business has initiated large scale ERP projects to streamline processes and grow effectively. The IT and Human Resources functions have a strategic objective to enhance operational excellence through modernization of its Human Capital Management systems and processes, using Workday and implementing a new operating model with the creation of a new HR Service Center using ServiceNow. · The client IT is seeking a strong Oracle HRIS Developer/Analyst to assist during the Workday HCM project implementation.
