*Position: **DataPower, APIC* *Location: ** Johnston, Rhode Island* - Minimum of 1 year of experience with API Connect 2018.x, Experience with v5 API Connect a Plus. - Minimum of 3 years of experience with DataPower Gateways - Responsible for supporting all API Connect cloud environments (sandbox, pre-prod, performance, production) 24x7x365 with SLA's for P1, P2 incidents. - Includes day to day monitoring for resource (memory, cpu) & API activity (latency, error rate, performance). - Either raising awareness or working with API central team and infrastructure team on any issues - Responsible for applying software upgrades, patches and necessary maintenance work to product under direction of API team. - Responsible for configuration and installation (beyond VMWare level) of additional environments or API Connect components (gateways etc.) - Performs necessary investigation of issues and troubleshooting before escalating to IBM. - Creates and monitors IBM PMR's and attaches necessary information requested by IBM. - As part of the team, maintains clear concise and accurate documentation for processes, reports and configurations.
