Title: Scrum Master Location: Summit, NJ or Minneapolis, MN 55/hr 12 months H4 EAD / GC / USC Required: * First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) * Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc. and using JIRA * Experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environment, familiar with Scrum principles and practices, with at least 3 years of Scrum Master * Experience on a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. * Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burn down techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.) * Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations * 5+ years of financial services industry experience * 2+ years of experience as a scrum master for using 3rd party tools to build and deploy solutions * 3+ years must include direct experience working in projects to support compliance and/or risk management business teams * Experience working on projects with extensive application workflow and data that support to the data design/mapping/modeling efforts * Familiarity with RSA Archer product use cases and data structures Thanks and Regards, Alex Jordan New York Technology Partners - Rochester 1425 Jefferson Rd.
