Title: Technical Project Manager, Data Warehouse & Analytics 

Location: Sunnyvale, California
Duration: 6 months +

Job Description 
This role will be responsible for managing projects Data Warehousing and
Data Integration as well as Business Intelligence, Analytics and Reporting
project initiatives. Candidate must have ability to develop relationships
with stakeholders, solicit, define, and document project requirements, and
fluidly working with IT technical contributors. This role demands a
detail-oriented PM who has proven experience working on projects involving
Field based Sales Teams (CRM) + Sales Reporting business acumen (Analytics)
-- with excellent track record of managing multiple project teams spread
across multiple time zones. 

Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities: 

*         . Oversight and management of pharmaceutical/biotech projects for
the following platforms: Data Warehousing, Data Integration (Informatica),
Analytics/Dashboard/Tableau Reporting. 

*         . Directly manage larger efforts while performing project
administration and tracking for smaller efforts. 

*         . Pro-actively lead requirement gathering efforts and coordinate
with business SMEs, IT architect, IT business analysts, developers to ensure
Business Analysts can transform information into Functional and Technical
requirements specifications. 

*         . Coordinate with Vendor and in-house Programmer/Administrator for
system/s updates, enhancements, and associated new tool/systems. 

*         . Author project documentation including Project Charters, Budget
Tracker, Schedule, Status Dashboard, Timeline visuals using MS Office. 

*         . Coordinate training for Business end users 

*         . Manage Vendor relationships and lead calls with vendors 

*         . Ensure solutions comply with FDA regulations throughout the
solution lifecycle, working tightly with internal PCYC IT SMEs, Stakeholders
& other management to verify. 

*         . Assist in the creation of training materials & programs. 

*         . Escalate issues to Sr. Management, and to vendor support as
needed with discretion. 

Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements: 

*         5+ years of Project Management experience in implementing system
functionality and integrations in support of Bio-Pharma business operations
for Field Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance. 

*         Previous experience in implementations related to data modeling,
and data integration, reporting, analytics a must. 

*         Systems Experience (Tableau BI/Analytics, Data Warehousing,
Informatica, Sunshine Act/Agg Spend) or relevant system. 

*         Must be able to provide oversight and help define the roadmap of
program to provide solutions that empower stakeholder groups to solve their
data driven analytics and reporting needs. 

*         Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact
with different levels of management with poise, efficiency, authority. 

*         Project management experience in the Bio-Pharma industry is
required. 

*         Skills: Project Management (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall), SDLC,
Business Analysis, Vendor Management, User Adoption, and System Training 

*         Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including
PowerPoint. 

*         BA or BS degree required, MIS, Computer Science or related. 

*         PMP certification is preferred.

Title: Laboratory Systems Analyst (NuGenesis SDMS)

Location: Worcester, MA

Duration: 12 Months+

 

Description:
This is a Laboratory Systems Analyst/Technical Specialist Contractor - NOT
VALIDATION ENGINEER role!

Candidate must have 5+ years of Life Sciences/GxP experience and 3+ years of
Waters application knowledge (i.e. NuGenesis SDMS, Empower, Vision Publisher
ELN) from an Information Technology perspective. Waters application
knowledge should include system administration experience and implementation
of new software releases. Provide system and validation support for IT
projects and ongoing activities supporting existing applications. The
position is responsible for ensuring that software quality assurance is
applied to IT Projects while meeting project objectives and deliverables.
Candidate needs to be able to develops test/validation plans and conducts
the necessary tests to confirm functional and design requirements. The
responsibilities also include writing test protocols, supporting testing
activities, and documenting problem resolution.

 

*         Experienced system integrator - deploying and validating
manufacturing systems in GMP Environment.

*         Responsible for providing general lab instrument software and PC
support encompassing instruments and software such as Agilent HPLC, OpenLAB
ECM, ChemStation, GE AKTA, UNICORN, etc.

*         IT support experience with good understanding of operating
systems, networking components, data integrity, data security and database
structures. Experience with PI Historian/OPC a plus.

*         Experience in migrating to new software versions of NuGenesis SDMS
v8, Empower 3 and Vision Publisher (ELN).

*         Analysis and Problem Solving - Applies analytical thinking skills
to diagnose, and make recommendations on system issues.

*         Teamwork - Works effectively with team/group to accomplish
organizational goals

Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant discipline; 5+ years of related
experience.

Accountability / Scope:
The individual works under general management direction. Determines business
objectives of assignments and contributes to the design of systems, programs
and processes; completes project tasks within time and budget constraints.

 

Title: IT Desktop Support (Windows Active Directory) 

Location: North Chicago, IL

Duration: 10 Months+

Description:

.         The successful candidate must be a proficient IT Desktop Support
professional with 6 or more years of experience.

.         Responsibilities include software installation script coding
through PowerShell (PSAppDeployToolkit), supporting all aspects of the end
user experience including hardware, remote access, software installation and
strong troubleshooting skills.

.         Must have a broad knowledge of PC Based Systems.

.         Demonstrated knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10,
Active Directory, Wise Package Studio, PSAppDeployToolkit, Symantec
Management Platform, PowerShell, VB .net, Visual Basic Script, VMWare,
Microsoft Office 2010 / Microsoft Office 365 in an Exchange environment
required.

.         Must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
and be proficient at problem solving and customer service.

.         Must work with Support Center analysts and Desktop Technicians to
understand workstation support needs.

.         Resolve calls that have been escalated in the Call Tracking
system; assume responsibility for client's workstation support; provide
remote controlled workstation support services.

.         Responsible for all work in progress assigned to ensure completion
of tasks and proper communications with clients; Record all support
activities for proper measurement of support provided.

COMPETENCIES:

.         Must enjoy solving a wide variety of problems on a continual
basis.

.         Skills and experiences with the use of technology in a business
environment, including exposure to Help Desk Support, networks, and
application environments.

.         Investigate, analyze and resolve software, hardware and network
connectivity problems.

.         Knowledge of Windows registry, DLLs, and other internal functional
mechanics is required.

.         Experience with customer service functions and possess exceptional
organizational skills.

.         Ability to ascertain the criticality of incoming requests and take
initiative to resolve problems to assure tasks are completed in the most
effective manner; fundamental understanding of word processing, spreadsheet
