1 Manage day to day activities of team
2 Manage budget forecast actuals of the project
3 Have daily calls ensure devtest continues as per plan
4 Perform Planning based on the project received
5 Create status reports
6 Maintain stake holder relationship with business
7 Create metrics like schedule variation defect density
8 Plan for pilot roll out and implement the pilot rollout
9 Work with release engineers to get the project chain wide once the
project pilot completes
