We have urgent requirement with one of our client’s, please review below job description and let me know your interest Position ID: DYES00008254 Title: Web Operations Manager, Corporate Digital Duration : 6 months Location: North Chicago, IL Description Details * Job Description: (any changes/tweaks need to be made) Description The Web Operations Manager in the Corporate Digital team is responsible for leading the technical activities for Pharmaceutical client’s Corporate Web channel. S/he will support Pharmaceutical client’s corporate digital marketing programs, specifically the ongoing technical evolution of Pharmaceutical client’s corporate websites and the associated technical solutions to support Pharmaceutical client’s web presence. The individual will work closely with the Pharmaceutical client Corporate Digital Director, Web Manager and the corporate BTS (business technology solutions) team, as well as external agencies and partners. This individual will operate as a digital technology subject matter expert and will manage projects with internal BTS teams and/or external development partners. S/he will report directly to the Director, Corporate Digital as part of the Corporate Marketing organization. Qualified candidates must have proven technical experience in the creation, delivery, measurement, assessment and management of web content. Primary Responsibilities/Duties * Serve as the business technology subject matter for Pharmaceutical client’s corporate web channel including features and functionality of Pharmaceutical client.com, other corporate websites, and web platforms including Adobe Experience Manager, and static HTML. * Provide technical solutions by translating business requirements into well-architected requirements, leveraging either current solutions or identifying and recommending new solutions. * Lead the project management and delivery of custom development and integrations for the Pharmaceutical client.com site, working with BTS and/or external partners. * Provide hands-on, expert-level technical review and recommendation of SaaS solutions for Pharmaceutical client’s web channel. * Provide detailed requirements documentation and lead solution project activities. * Collaborate with team members and business stakeholders to promote use of solutions. * Establish standards and guidelines for effective use of Corporate Digital solutions and their integration with other core Pharmaceutical client systems. * Responsible for compliance with applicable Pharmaceutical client Policies and procedures. Required Skills/Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. * 5+ years of defining, recommending and implementing web solutions. * Detailed knowledge and experience of digital tools and technologies. * Detailed experience with HTML, jQuery, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks. * Working knowledge of web server technologies, personalization tools, user behavior tools such as heat-mapping, session recording and others. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to building trust, listen, and ask effective questions with the goal to create a scalable and reusable business solution. * Ability to self-manage time and priorities. Bonus Skills * Working knowledge of user tracking technologies such as cookie consent managers, tag managers, tag audit tools and privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA. * Strong experience in leading, developing and architecting digital experience applications including websites, content management capabilities, web and mobile capabilities leveraging Adobe Experience cloud applications such as AEM, ACM, Analytics etc. * Years of experience/education and/or certifications required: 5 years exp, in lieu of degree additional experience * What are the top 3-5 skills requirements should this person have? 1: Experienced in procedural and business process design 2: Demonstrated ability in leading cross-functional teams 3: Ability to independently perform Quality System documentation gap and impact analyses. 4: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong oral and written communications skills * What type of environment is this person working in?
