*Position: AWS Consultant* *Location : Windsor, CT* *Key activities for this role:* Work with technical teams to lead the development of POCs or pilots to evaluate and test new technologies/services/capabilities. Create solution patterns and standards for relevant data management capabilities Communicate architectural plans of technical solutions and conduct Architectural design sessions Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture and compliance with Architecture Governance processes. Document design sessions outcome and write technical documents for governance Quickly learn and adapt to new business and technical concepts. Comprehensive understanding on cloud implementation at enterprise scale *Minimum experience & Skills Required:* 2+ years of experience in architecting, planning, implementing and maintaining infrastructure technologies 2+ years of experience working directly with AWS infrastructure: Compute, Networking, Storage. 2+ years of experience with IT infrastructure technologies and standards including system configuration policies, security, hardening, HA, DR etc. In-depth knowledge on AWS core services and implementation experience at large scale Experience in Hadoop stack and Spark cluster environment Experience in database technologies Ability to write codes in SQL, shell script and Python Solid Understanding of CI/CD Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive and readily embraces change.
