I has a new BA opening in Dayton, OH. This is supporting an Onbase project. This is a long term contract position and is *open to all work statuses* and will hire off of a WebEx interview. Here is the general job description: *Title: IT Business Analyst* *Location: Dayton, OH* *Duration: 10 - 12+ months (Potential for extension)* *Rate: 45/hr.* *Top Desired Skills: Business Analysis, Onbase, **Agile, Healthcare Industry experience* *Job Description:* *We are in search of experienced IT Business Analyst with at least 5+ years of IT experience that has worked with Onbase (**Doc Repository, Workflow, Workview) **and has healthcare experience. Specifically this resource will assist in creating Workflow/ Workview applications to support specific projects to be compliant.* · *Experience work as a Technical Business Analyst in OnBase world (Doc Repository, Workview, workflow, etc.)* · *Strong** understanding of business analysis principles, process, and applications/elicitation tools used for managing requirements* · Deep understanding of a project lifecycle, including processes, techniques and tools · Strong interpersonal and proven ability to establish effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills · Ability to work independently and within a team environment · Effective listening and critical thinking skills · Ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams · Extensive experience working on multiple projects · Effective decision making and problem solving skills with close attention to detail · Time management skills, ability to develop, prioritize and accomplish goals with a sense of urgency · Ability to multi-task and remain flexible during organizational and/or business changes · Customer service oriented **Please only send BAs with OnBase experience.
