*Job Title: Lead IDQ DeveloperLocation: US-NY-New YorKDuration:6+ Months Responsibilities:* • Provide architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation. • Provide technology architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for IDQ. • Identify gaps in current methodology of IDQ program. • Build DQ rules using Informatica IDQ tool stack. • Work with application team to onboard IDQ ID’s for access. • Work with Application team to identify the data lineage using Metadata Manager or Collibra tool. • Document Informatica Address Doctor use cases for address standardization, phone and customer validation to improve the accuracy. • Build auto synchronization of metadata (Technical and Business) into Collibra • Assess current Installation and domain configuration. • Capture existing server capacity to assess future demand of resources. • Recommend best practices around IDQ Development, Process, and Automation. • Work with Data Stewards on a daily basis to align requirements and delivery schedules • Work with Data Stewards to identify source systems and reference data needed for codification • Work with Data Stewards to identify Gaps in current process and delivery model • Work setting up new issues and Releases in JIRA and assign tasks amongst team members and available resources • Work closely with Informatica Support on Production issues • Daily/Weekly code review sessions with team members • Identify Gaps and present new ways to streamline the processes • Recommend best practices for Production Servers setup, schedule management and automation • Manage a small to medium size team of developers • Work with application developers, users, operational leadership, and subject matter experts to understand current and future operational data analysis goals. Recommend modern technology stacks to meet those goals and help engineering teams migrate towards their use. • Collaborate with the customer's operations and technology leadership on the future analytic goals of the organization, and design a technical architecture to meet those goals. Participate in configuring the architecture, and advise engineering teams on its efficient use. • Lead a work stream or act as a team lead and manage non-complex components of the work plan/project. • Utilize analytical, process, and/or technical skills to meet project objectives and deliverables that are self-directed and within project scope. *Qualifications*: • Minimum 8 years of professional experience on Informatica platform. • Minimum 6 years of professional experience on Informatica Data Quality that includes the following: o At least 2 project implementations that exploit the full capabilities (discover, design, implement and optimize) of Informatica Data Quality is a MUST. o Identify gaps in current methodology of DQ program. o Build DQ rules using Informatica IDQ tool stack. o Experience with Address Doctor use cases for address standardization, phone and customer validation to improve the accuracy. o Experience assessing current IDQ installation and domain configuration. o Capture existing server capacity to assess future demand of resources. o Able to recommend best practices around IDQ Development, Process, and Automation. • Experience with Collibra Data Governance preferred. • Experience in complete project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects. • Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies. • Proven track record of technical leadership roles delivering solutions within defined timeframes. • Skilled in building relationships with clients and in practice development activities. • Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects. • Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. • Resides in or near Jersey City, NJ. *Preferred Skills and Education: * • Experience working with a globally distributed team and managing off-shore teams. • Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field. • Certification in Informatica Data Quality preferred. • Experience with authoring, editing and presenting technical documents.
