Role: System Analyst Location: McLean, VA Rate: $50/Hr on C2C (Max) Visa: H1B/ GC/ USC/ H4EAD only Job Description: * Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements * Analyze current systems by navigating through the application and database and produce specifications for new/old or modified systems * Study and document current work flows and procedures. * Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow * Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements * Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process * Provide documentation of all the processes and training as needed Qualification: * Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience * 4-6 years' experience working with information technologies and systems analysis * Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions * Experience in documenting, training, and implementing new/old applications and systems * Ability to define problems and objectives accurately * Ability to recognize significant data and to collect, arrange, classify and analyze this data.
