What will the hired candidate be doing in this role? o The essential functions of the job o List of 5-10 responsibilities o Begin each with a present tense action verb; “develop software” o Include only higher-level responsibilities o Arrange in logical order · Lead a team across geographical locations in a managed delivery model for support and enhancements · Manage clients and stake holders, monitor SLAs and escalations · Status reporting, review service metrics (KPIs) & ensure appropriate OLAs/SLAs · Proactively manage foreseen project risk and plan for remediation/mitigation · Collaborate with clients independently and work in a multi vendor environment · Designs and implements technology solutions including new/emerging technologies · Leads data quality efforts and technology requirements gathering · Leads the planning and analysis activities, and review technical and functional designs · Unit and integration testing of Applications and UAT support · Investigate and identify problems and user requirements · Coach/mentor team members resolve production support issues · Update client tickets/change request status, progress and escalate issues when needed. · Work with third party to support and enhance Vertex accelerator plus tool to meet client’s tax requirement · Excellent written and verbal communications – will be authoring Functional Specs, driving requirements documentation via workshops, so it is important that the candidate knows how to carry him/herself while conducting sessions with small groups of high-level stakeholders Qualifications: Please list the must have skills. · Materials management, procurement processes and inventory control · Nuclear and fossil/hydro plant equipment and materials. · Inventory analysis techniques. · client groups/commodities/specialties. · Warehouse activities. · Supplier relations, priority management and tactical planning · Knowledge and background of SLC · forecasting and trend analysis skills · Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Material Master Service Requests (MMSR s) · Experience working with interfaces – modifying existing interfaces / spec’ing new interfaces and taking them through build and testing, handholding business to test those interfaces in UAT, etc. · Good exposure to change management and documentation · Excellent Analytical skills Thanks...
