Location: Albany, NY Duration: 24+ Months Client: State of NY (State Client- NY State) Interview Type: Telephonic/Skype or Webex Experience Required: 7+ years Requirements: Job Description: Business Analyst: Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution. * 84 months experience as a Business Analyst working on software enhancements or new development project(s) gathering and prioritizing business requirements with users and documenting business requirements. * 84 months experience with analysis and documentation of complex business rules, workflow processes, and re-engineering business processes. * 84 months of experience leading meetings and facilitating requirements sessions with business/program subject matter experts including functional requirements, non-functional requirements, and security requirements * 18 months experience on projects utilizing the out of the box capabilities of IBM FileNet Case Manager to provide the basis for project workflows. * 18 months experience as a Business Analyst on projects using the OpenText Captiva suite of tools for document scanning. * 18 months experience as a Business Analyst on Enterprise Content Management projects. * 36 months experience working on projects with process flow and architectural diagram development using tools such as MS Visio or related tools for use in requirements or technical documents. * Working experience with State/Federal clients preferred.
