Position Summary:
As part of Cognizant AIA, the position is to work with Customer Senior
Leadership including 'C' Level executives for end to end Technical Solutions
& Consulting. This position is expected to bring in & support Leadership,
Technology consulting, ETL, Data Modernization, Emerging technologies
advisory, and Architecture roadmaps for Large Programs rollout/maintenance
This role is for someone that is passionate about Data Management, Data
Modernization technology and focused in developing cutting edge solutions to
healthcare industry. Experience in implementing interoperability standards,
such as HL7 FHIR will be an advantage.
This Senior Solutions Architect is main pillar for Technology/Data
Organization and expected to be a great planner, partner, be able to drive
thru and deliver
Essential Functions of the Job:
. Collaborate with customer in ETL, Data Modernization,
Implementation Technology Architecture, Adopt Emerging Technology solutions,
and Delivery
. Understand and create plan to ensures the architecture of
solutions are aligned with the direction of Customer organization in terms
of Technology, Data Management and Business strategy.
. Drives effective Planning, decision making to steer, harmonize and
accelerates efforts towards Technology Thought leadership & Execution
. Use the significant experience in Emerging technologies such as
AWS, Python, spark, DevOps, Customer Experience Interface designs etc. and
adopt appropriate solutions for the customer.
. Makes an informed decisions and advice customer on Technology,
People & Process Improvements, Delivery Models, Technology build vs buy etc.
. Collaborate with Stakeholders of Customer organization and Deliver
measurable results from cost benefit analysis perspectives.
. Assists customer in mapping of the business technology strategy to
a solution strategy.
. Participate in rationalization on the latest trends in the market,
Cognizant AIA capabilities and offerings.
. Promote growth, innovation, and long-term profitability concepts
. Develops standards that typically include best practices observed
from other technology rollouts and helping develop solutions faster through
repeatable actions or reusable components in new designs.
. Ensures compliance to the standards for solution architectures and
integration of the relevant building blocks exist in customer organization
. Proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions
and options, and where appropriate, leading to resolution
. Understand the long-term business objectives and suggest technical
strategies to meet those objectives by introducing innovation through
technology
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
. Must have significant Technology Consulting & Architecture
experience working with various architectural styles and patterns and
specifically Data Modernization/ETL/Emerging Technologies
. Several years of work experience in IT performing Solution
Architecture in Data Analytics or Data Management- Healthcare knowledge a
plus
. Knowledgeable in interoperability standards, such as HL7 and FHIR
. Comfortable communicating architecture to all levels of management
and customers
. Expert in SDLC models, Technology, People, Process Transformations
. Track record that includes the Technology Consulting, design and
release of high-quality, high-performance, enterprise-level software
products/applications
. Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to balance
conflicting interests in a complex and fast-paced environment
. Strong planning, partnering, analytical, prioritization, and
troubleshooting skills
. Strong leadership skills and experience successfully managing
teams and be a go to person for Customer SLT
