- Look for Senior profile with Minimum 10 or 10+ years.
- 10 years of IT experience with minimum of 4 years as a Scrum Master
running large scale Agile teams more than one
- Complete Knowledge on SDLC
- Interface with Product owner or Technical team, BA, Vertical Head &
LOB(line of Business)
- LOB /Vertical Head
- Agile Implementations & Must Strong on Agile
- Knowing the Transaction from Waterfall to Agile
- Certified scrum professional either from scrum alliance or equivalent
is must
- Banking and Financial Services experience is must
- Excellent communication skills
- Project Management experience is preferred.
- Ability to shield his team from outside distractions and interferences.
- Ability to ensure the correct use of scrum process.
- Planning, Stakeholder Management, Negotiation & Communication Skills
- JIRA/Confluence experience
