We have urgent requirement with one of our client's, please review below job description and let me know your interest Position ID: DYES00009071 Title: SalesForce BSA with Apttus Location: North Chicago, IL Duration: 6 Months+ Locals preferred Description: The Business System Analyst (BSA) in FinOps area will be accountable for working with Apttus team members, including Scrum Master and Program Manager. Apttus is a cloud based (SaaS) Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system built on the Salesforce platform. The system is used to create, review, store and manage contracts for the AbbVie R&D Contracting organization. . Understand the functional User Stories in detail and be able to update the related documentation at each Sprint Level ,especially backlog grooming. . Work closely with Business Systems Owner to define requirement criticality (Critical/Non Critical/Other) and update the stories accordingly. . Participate in the requirements sessions scheduled with the vendor to understand business requirements in detail. . Update internal systems documentation such as Configuration Document, testing documentation and other required deliverables as required. . Perform and document system and user testing, including documenting findings. . Participate in Agile Ceremonies such as daily stand up meetings, Sprint Planning sessions and Sprint Demonstrations to understand the implementation of the functionality. Key Skills - Required: . Minimum 3 to 5 years BSA experience required. . BS degree Computer Sciences or related field. . Experienced in writing requirement/user stories from scratch. . Experience in developing risk assessments, validation plans, protocols, test scripts and reports that support the qualification and validation of GxP systems. . Collaborative, positive, self-motivated, team player. . Experienced in working with multiple groups and cross functional departments. . Ability to conduct effective team meetings both onsite and virtual (webex, zoom). . Experienced in managing technology deliverables or documents from requirements thru implementation. . Strong communication skills; verbal and written. . Experienced with MS Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel. . Previous working experience in Agile methodology.
