Please find the below requirement Need More than 10+ years of experience Need H1’s, GC, GC EAD and USC No H1 Transfers Max Rate: $82/h on C2C Position: Solution Architect / Software Architect Location: Remote / Egan, MN Duration: 6+ Months Contract *Business Overview:* Purpose: - The main function of a Solution Architect is to establish defining pragmatic business solutions that fulfill specific business objectives and service level agreements, while balancing important concerns such as adherence to established practices, alignment with enterprise strategy and accountability to financial objectives. Value Proposition/Selling Points (Market place advantages): - The Solution Architect will potentially be involved with one or more key 2020 initiatives and some with accelerated timelines. The Solution Architect role is key for defining and aligning the go-forward architecture. Not having this resource will put initiatives at risk. *Position Overview:* Daily Responsibilities/Job Description: - Lead creation of conceptual and logical specifications for all layers of solution (people, process, technology and information) through collaboration with business, enterprise, application, security and infrastructure architects - Designs architecture to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces - Ensures these systems are compatible and in compliance with the standards for Prime IT architectures, and profiles of standards as they apply to the implementation and specific to the solution for the platform, integration with other systems and the external interfaces - Ensures that the common operating environment is compliant. Analytically and systematically evaluates problems of work flows, organization and planning and develops appropriate corrective action - Responsible for collaborating with enterprise architecture to develop enterprise artifacts for reuse by subsequent projects Interaction level with Management/Team Members: Yes. It important to interact with IT and business management about the initiatives assigned. High interaction and collaboration with Team Members is a must. *Skills Overview:* Qualifications/years of experience: - 10+ years of work experience in IT, including 5 years in software development or application architecture, and 5 years of experience in solution architecture - Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred - Experience in the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and/or Health Care domain - Experience with broad technology delivery, including custom development using various development languages; Event Driven Architecture and Mesh Architecture - Experience with driving technical planning and solutions for software portfolio, including authoring or managing the development of software designs, managing vendor evaluations, and justifying technical recommendations - Ability to apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments; Experience with Agile Architecture and/or SAFe - Experience with providing technical leadership, mentoring on software engineering design, development, and frameworks, analyzing alternatives, and presenting technical options to leads and clients - Experience defining a variety of solution types, such as new system builds, legacy enhancements, build vs. buy analysis, integrating COTS software packages, Software as a Service or Platform as a Service as components of the solution - Expert collaborator with business and technical colleagues, adept at building rapport Must Haves: 1. 5+ years of service-oriented solution architecture experience working Applications, Data, Services and API initiatives 2. Experience defining a variety of solution types, such as new system builds, legacy enhancements, build vs. buy analysis, integrating COTS software packages, Software as a Service or Platform as a Service as components of the solution 3.
