*Role: Senior Techno functional BA*
*Location: Hartford, CT*
*Term: 12 months*
- 7+ years of strong Salesforce BA experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive experience in Sales and Service cloud projects driving
business requirements from inception, working directly with multiple
business stakeholders and sponsors to define functional roadmap, process
flows, blueprinting, JAD sessions etc.
- Candidate should be SF certified.
- Should have SF product knowledge and conceptually clear on the SF OOTB
functionalities including configuration.
Must have hands on Agile experience, preferably in SAFe. Must have
experience working in global teams and working knowledge on requirement
capturing tools like JIRA, RTC etc
