The Application Security Analyst will: . Maintains awareness of the latest critical information security vulnerabilities, threats, and exploits . Provide guidance on existing and emerging threats in the web and mobile application space, as they apply within the Pharmaceutical environment . Assist in conducting and facilitating security reviews, as directed by senior team members, throughout the application development lifecycle, including tasks such as: o Performing, and improving security assessments for Pharmaceutical applications across the enterprise o Static (SAST) & Dynamic (DAST) Application Security Testing and/or penetration testing of applications and source code, auditing results with development and/or security teams and offering plans for remediation of vulnerabilities . Demonstrate knowledge of web application vulnerabilities and web application business logic flaws and threats . Hands-on Experience with manual vulnerability testing and static code analysis is strongly desired. . Experience with Tools such as Veracode, HP Fortify SCA, IBM AppScan and manual tools such as Burp Suite, ZAP Proxy, Dirbuster, Nikto, metasploit, SOAPUI and other open source security tools . Candidate must have an understanding of security controls such as Authentication, Authorization, Access Control, Cryptography, and Network Protocols along with security standards: OWASP Top 10, SANS 25, NIST, and CVE . Candidate must have 5+ years of Life Sciences/GxP experience and 3+ years of Waters application knowledge (i.e. NuGenesis SDMS, Empower, Vision Publisher ELN) from an Information Technology perspective. Waters application knowledge should include system administration experience and implementation of new software releases. Provide system and validation support for IT projects and ongoing activities supporting existing applications. The position is responsible for ensuring that software quality assurance is applied to IT Projects while meeting project objectives and deliverables. Candidate needs to be able to develops test/validation plans and conducts the necessary tests to confirm functional and design requirements. The responsibilities also include writing test protocols, supporting testing activities, and documenting problem resolution. * Experienced system integrator - deploying and validating manufacturing systems in GMP Environment. * Responsible for providing general lab instrument software and PC support encompassing instruments and software such as Agilent HPLC, OpenLAB ECM, ChemStation, GE AKTA, UNICORN, etc. * IT support experience with good understanding of operating systems, networking components, data integrity, data security and database structures.
