3. Very good understanding of working in
agile development model
4. Participate in requirements gathering
efforts (Business Process/Functional and
Technical Specifications) for the CRM
application
5. Actively participate in solutioning and
design activity of solutions
6. Should have working experience on SF
SOAP and REST API.
7. Knowledge on integrations through Dell
Boomi & Informatica is desirable
8. Should have good working knowledge
on Service Cloud
