- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering stack (BS or B-Tech) or
Master's degree (MS) or equivalent work experience
- 12+ years of progressive software engineering career path
- 5+ years of experience in managing direct reports
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Strong Design and Architecture exposure in building large scale
enterprise applications on Azure
- Experience working with offshore teams and guiding them.
- Excellent customer facing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Technical Skills*
- Hands on experience with C#
- Hands on experience of end to end (all layers) development in .Net
- End to end ownership of features including design, coding, deployment,
DevOps and support
- Ensure compliance with development processes to ensure the quality of
products and code
- Good experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure Certification preferred)
- Experience with
o Azure Functions
o Azure Data Factory
o Microsoft Azure DevOps
o Terraform
o Azure pipelines (CI / CD)
o REST and SOAP API’s,
o Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure troubleshooting
o Azure SQL, VNet, Redis Cache, Azure Diagnostics, OMS, Traffic Manager,
CDN, Azure Notification Hubs, Azure Identity and Access Management
- High level understanding of HIPAA, EDI, NCPDP (optional), Open EMPI
- Experience creating cost model for the product on Azure. Based on the
cost model estimating the monthly and yearly cost of running the product on
Azure.
- Experience with Git and GitFlow process.
- Experience interacting with Security Architects and should have been a
part of activities like security ops e.g. threat modelling.
- Some experience with Azure Front Door
- Some experience with Multi region component deployment e.g. US East
and US West
- Experience with KeyVault and Azure AD
- Experience working with Service principals
Experience configuring Azure
