Role: Business Analyst (Pharma Background) Location: East Hanover, NJ Experience: 8+ years Note: The ideal candidate should be someone with pharma data knowledge having analytical skill using Qlik/Tableau 1. Must have - Extensive knowledge in pharma commercial data sources - IQVIA, SHS, MMIT, Specialty pharma etc. 2. Must have - Experience with analytical tools like Qlik/Alteryx/Tableau 3. Must have - Experience in onsite/offshore coordination 4. Must have - Exposure to working with enterprise data warehouse / data lakes 5. Nice to have - Experience with multi-channel /NPP data 6. Nice to have - Experience in data quality assessment projects Job Description: . Make sure standardization Match rate and transformations logics are working as intended . Report any defects and reach out to Data support team or Data steward to resolve the issues . Inform data stewards to reach out to vendors in case of vendor file issues or updating of reference files Dashboards to verify trends for Sales fact tables and inform data stewards in case of any deviations . Tracking and monitor predefined KPIs and SLAs Update existing business rules if there are any changes in business requirements . Understand business need of the downstream application that needs data support to pull match aggregate and transform data to be used by the application . Manage the development of DQ reports for all productionized data sources Activities Patient services APLD SPP NPP Broad amp Targeted Finance Market share etc . Tracking and monitoring Input data sources as per SLAs and publishing of data sources according to Data calendar . Make sure standardization Match rate and transformations logics are working as intended . Report any defects and reach out to Data support team or Data steward to resolve the issues .
