*8 or 12yrs profiles only do not send any overqualified profiles like 15 plus,20 plus* *Job Description: * Be well-managed – understand and coach the team on delivery controls/compliance to minimize operational • Understands and supports the product and technical strategies • Understands/stays current on domain architecture and targets to identify upstream/downstream dependencies and to support the team in risk management • Provides visibility into delivery targets, commitments and progress • Ensures team(s) maintains focus on quality and continuous delivery • Proactively identifies impediments and appropriately resolves using network of peers and formal channels (including escalation if required) • Partnering with Leads to assist with the program leadership team for major programs or initiatives impacting the train. • Review and document deliverables for Tech lead approvals • Fungible to pick up Business Analyst related activities when required Qualification • 3+ Years of Agile experience • Scrum Alliance CSM or CSP certification or PMI’s Agile Certified Professional (ACP) Thanks...
