We have urgent requirement with one of our client's, please review below job description and let me know your interest Position ID: DYES00009275 Title: Business Systems Analyst (WayFinder) Location: North Chicago, IL Duration: 6 Months+ Locals preferred Description: Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Requires a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and over 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures related to database systems implementation Has experience using or preparing instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions require making decision recommendation to a manager and do not typically require exercising independent judgment. . Are you open to look at candidates willing to relocate? Not required . Years of experience/education and/or certifcations required: . BS degree in technical disciple and 8 or more years experience . What are the top 3-5 skills requirements should this person have? 1. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail--ability to participate, summarize, track resulting actions 2. strong written documentation and communications skills 3. Basic understanding of relational database system and data quality . What is a nice to have (but not required) regarding skills, requirements, experience, education, or certification? 1. Space and Move Management system experience--Business User or IT support . What type of environment is this person working in? o Group setting and Individual Setting . Work Schedule: Monday to Friday. There may be overtime opportunity f it is desired . Is the worker onshore or offshore? Onshore . Will there be Domestic and/or International Travel? No Discovery Questions . Reason for opening: With the purchase of AGN Pharmaceutical client inherited a second Space System. We are conducting project to compare the new system with the existing Pharmaceutical client system called BluPrint.. The L-AGN system is called WayFinder. We see some good features with WayFinder and these will be vetting during the Compare project. The Compare ends in October and if WayFinder is the selected system, we would like to implement that system in the new west coast facility (Lighthouse or Pharmaceutical client Bay Area). Lighthouse is a separate project and the system must be stood up by Feb 2021. If there is not a business case for WayFinder, then BluPrint will be implemented for Lighthouse.
