We’re looking for talented and passionate team members who’ll inspire innovation and help teams develop solutions that focus on delivering value. *Responsibilities*: - Drives the vision and definition of the product - Knows why we’re building the product, its audience, and what problem it will solve - Represents the voice of the client - Ensures that the Development team works on the “right things” from the stakeholder’s perspective - Understands the business, technology, and process context in which a product delivers value - Writes new user stories, ensuring that acceptance criteria is met when code is complete - Drives release planning and forecasting - Regularly keeps in touch with every product stakeholder - Shares insights throughout the company regarding the product - Engages with our User Experience team to define requirements for how a prospective user interacts with the product *Requirements* *- 9 Years of experience is needed* *- 5 Years of experience as product owner* - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Management Systems or a closely related field - Two to four years of experience in product management as either a Product Owner, Product Manager, or product-related role within a development team - Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification - Strong communication and relationship building skills - Strong background in usability and/or software development and architecture *What’ll Make You Special* - Experience working in a Lean/Agile environment with focus on Scrum, XP and Kanban methodologies - Team-first mentality - Strong ‘systems thinking,' and ability to *articulate* the big picture - The ability to deliver solutions iteratively Thanks...
