*Job Title:** Oracle EBS Property Management*
*Location:** Remote*
• Hands-on Oracle E-Business Suite with full life-cycle R12
implementation, R12 Rollout Projects and R12Upgrade Projects
• Should have excellent communication skills with 15+Yrs of
experience.
• Must have strong Property Management and Lease Solutions
experience.
• Should have implementation experience of the Oracle Property &
Lease management solution and integrate it with the Oracle EBS Financials
environment.
• Having a good knowledge in Lease Management, Space Management.
• Should have involved in setups related to sub-ledges like
Payables, Receivables, tax, equipment’s specific, location, contacts etc.
• Must have experience in integrations related to Property module
to Finance Modules like payables, Receivables, General ledger, Human
resources etc.
• Experience in any of the 2-3 flows, which includes Property
Manager Amend Lease Flow, Rent Increase Flow, Common Maintenance Flow, and
Recovery Flow.
• Must have knowledge in standard reports in property management
module
• Good experience in handling workflow automations related to
property management.
