Hope you are doing great, I have an urgent requirement from one of my esteem Client, I will appreciate if you can have an eye on the below requirement and send me your updated profile ASAP *Job Title: Trend Micro Data Security Engineer Location: Plano, TX Duration: 6+ Months* *Job Description: * - Trend Micro Data Security Engineer with experience on NAS and SAN Storage products - Supplier shall support Access Administration for the environment and the technologies listed below: - Trend Micro – used for enterprise data security and cyber security solutions. Server Protect Task list - Daily - SD agent checks the management servers to ensure that the servers are up and running and use the SNOW Incident request if there is an issue. - Troubleshooting software issues - NetApp OnTap agent - restart the OnTap service and help validate that the connection is working - Work with the SIEM team to validate that UDP is being sent from Control Manager - Troubleshoot issues with software - Escalate and coordinate work with TrendMicro support for issues that cannot be solved by client support. - Respond and assist in remediation of NetApp device security incidents - Infrastructure - Server Protect upgrades/migrations - OnTap upgrades - Control Manager upgrades/migrations - Ensure that Control Manager is working properly and that firewall changes have not prevented communications and pattern file updates. - Identify missing ports that are no allowed to and from new servers so that firewall or IDS can be modified. - Configuring settings - Setup scan settings as required.
