role Primarily SFDC development skills ( Visual force , Apex , SFDC API)
for Supporting the applications and doing small enhancement. Release
management experience is secondary.
*Job Roles / Responsibilities: *
*Development:*
1. Launch Planning
2. Adhoc Dev Requests
3. Rep Scorecard Enhancements
*Production Support*1. Adhoc production support requests on CVG
2. Re-Process data loads for Informtica exceptions
3. Salesforce Technical Support for Integrations (Connection setup,
Technical Issues, Security)
*Deploy Monthly and Weekly Releases*
1. Offshore works on change set.
2. Work on deployment errors/ work with BA's on deployment issues.
3. Work on test classes or Work with developers on test clases as required.
4. Communicate System Testing, UAT notifications to BA's after deployments
to CVGTEST/CVGSTAGE for Monthly release.
5. Setup sandbox after release or for any project
6. Install/Upgrade Packages as requested by BA's.
7. Create Change/RFC in Service-now
8. Follow up with BA's on CR's for design approval.
9. Follow up with BA's and QA team for Test results to submit for RFC.
