*Must-have skills:* *SAP CRM (including SAP CRM architecture knowledge)* *SAP ECC* *SAP BI/BW* *SAP ABAP (analysis)* *SAP Security* *Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications* *HP/Microfocus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)Governmental experience* *Child Support projects experience - highly desired* *Requirements:* - Experience in SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Central Component (ECC), and/or Business Intelligence/Warehouse (BI/BW) (3+ years); - Functional SAP experience (required); - Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications or object-oriented analysis and design; - Experience with the basic CRM architecture; - Experience in requirements development, system design, and testing; - Experience in the functional and business process areas of Child Support - Experience with CAMS - Experience with HP/Microfocus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) - Experience in design and test internet websites, including secure access by external customers (preferred); - Experience performing analysis by researching within the SAP applications and Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) code - Experience conducting gap analysis and strategic blueprint development (preferred); - Experience troubleshooting problems within the application and do root cause analysis to implement fixes (preferred); - Experience supporting implementation of On-line Service System (OSS) notes (preferred); - Experience providing ad-hoc requests for data (preferred); - Experience in data resource management principles and techniques including data administration, data modeling, entity-relationship modeling, data definition, and data dictionaries; - Experience with SAP Middleware with regards of data flow from on SAP component to another (preferred); - Experience performing development testing on related tasks associated with data migration and cleansing (preferred); - Experience with data integrity, data base construction, data management and data analysis and data cleansing principles and practices; - Experience in Microsoft Access; - Experience assisting CAMS technical team in the development of Remote Function Call (RFC) function modules & converting them into web services, which are the building blocks for CAMS E-Services project; - Project Management Professional (PMP) or Project Management Institute (PMI) certification (preferred); - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or other technology related field or, equivalent work experience of one (1) year system’s experience for each year of education required or, one (1) year of data management experience for each year of education. *Responsibilities *include but are not limited to the following: - Assist in the periodic review and revision of the Operations and Maintenance sections of the CAMS Enterprise Project Plan; - Use the Project Management tool to record time and progress reporting; - Follow established plans and processes; - Perform a preliminary impact assessment of any support requests and provide an impact analysis that covers impact to cost, resources, hardware, software, schedule, and any downstream impact to other IT systems, projects or programs as requested; - Provide opinion on potential and proposed changes to CAMS by the Department; - Attend meetings related to CAMS Operations & Maintenance, and any CAMS related modifications or enhancements; - Provide reports or opinions as directed by the CAMS Project Manager or designee; - Assist in the proactive management of systems and hardware; - Assist in the planning, preparation and release of major and minor updates (e.g., hot packs and version releases) to existing software and installation of new software; - Assist in control and management of software and IT hardware; - Assist in the resolution of software and batch processing aborts and abnormal ends; - Monitor Batch as required; - Review databases and tables to ensure that data is accurately processed and stored; - Perform routine system tests to determine if operational problems exist; - Develop functional specifications to document system changes and enhancements; - Research SAP documentation to identify fixes for potential and reported problems and to increase system efficiency; - Make approved changes to existing software using configuration to allow for full functionality of the system without errors or system slowdown; - Assist in review and modification of system access procedures for Department staff, external partners and contractors; - Mentor staff; - Update training documents to reflect changes. -- Thanks...
