*DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION*


*Job Responsibilities:*

? Support and enhance customized solutions within the Salesforce Lightning
platform to support critical business functions in Agile fashion.
? Manage daily support tickets through Buganizer (Google Ticketing Tool)
and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term
improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission
requirements
? Interact directly with clients or onsite as necessary to analyze
requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized
applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances
? Help fix Technical Debts (code/configurations) and implement SalesforceDx
development/deployment process

Required Skills:
? 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business analyst/ Program
management
? Must have a good understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Triggers etc
? Use SalesforceDX throughout the development process to ensure proper
development habits
? Experienced with code versioning and code branching strategy using GIT
? Multiple projects experience in Salesforce Lightning experience,
including working on Aura framework, and creating Lightning components
? Up to date knowledge of new web component and data component frameworks.
? Experienced on Communities & Localization
? Experienced on admin related changes like Process Builder, Approval
Process, Workflow Rule, Sharing, Roles etc.
? Experienced on Configuration related changes like Salescloud OOB
Features, User profiles,Roles and access as per business rules
? Experienced on Configuration related changes like lead management ,
Opportunity management and MS Outlook integration
? Mobility: Enable Salesforce OOB – Salesforce1 Mobile for Users to access
salesforce mobile apps on iPhone, android phones with lead, opportunities,
activity and email sync features.
? Should have excellent understanding of Sales cloud concepts. Good to have
Marketing cloud experience when that rolls out in future
? Have experience working in Agile support model and provide smart scalable
solutions on SFDC best practices
? Have experience working with Onsite offshore model and get deliverables
for client
? Interact directly with client as necessary to analyze requirements,
including specifications for user interfaces and OOB features
