Job Description Main Criteria: Should be well versed with Framework Manager Tool. *Key Responsibilities* • Responsible for working with the business to gather requirements using a standard and efficient template and methodology. • Responsible for data analysis, designing, developing and testing reports in Cognos 11\10.x for the various disciplines within organizations in accordance with standard team processes. • Responsible for test plans for new data integration and application reporting projects.• Drives efficient and effective internal and customer interfacing reporting processes. • Constantly seeks process improvement opportunities and applies Lean Sigma practices to those opportunities.• Utilize available tools to run, update and build SQL reports and scripts. • Develop, coordinate, and deliver report training materials for the end user. Maintain documentation, manuals and user information. • Must be proficient in Cognos 11\10.x Report Studio, Query Studio and Workspace Advanced development. • Takes ownerships, organizes appropriate party interaction and facilitates resolution of reporting issues. • Responsible to development of customer communications for reporting statuses and issues. • Performs analysis and design for business processes and/or projects for reporting needs. • Possesses the ability to analyze business process changes and utilize technology to perform complex data analysis. • Responsible for own work and contributing to team, department and/or business results. • Demonstrate the ability to learn complex business processes and share experience and knowledge with the business and other team members.
