Manage a multitude of interrelated project activities and lead all aspects of the project life-cycle, working with project sponsors/key stakeholders, team members, and management to oversee all phases of project completion. Build and manage project's work breakdown structure, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables within the constraints of human and financial resources and changing priorities to ensure the successful completion of the project. Ensure transparent reporting of project status, issues, risks, and financials. Key Responsibilities: . Initiate and Plan Project: o Works with business and IT management to establish and gain consensus on project goals, objectives, financials and deliverables. Responsible for building the plan and resource needs to accomplish the scope. . Project Control: o Assess the degree to which changes to scope, issues and risks will affect the project working with business and IT management and sponsor to gain agreement for resolution. Measure performance to assure the project is progressing as compared to original plan and budget. . Executing and Closing Project: o Develops and executes a work plan obtaining authorized resources to ensure all activities are performed. Leads team in delivering project scope. Gather lessons learned and obtain final project approval from sponsor and stakeholders. . Project Communication: o Communicate project progress by producing project reports to provide timely and accurate program status and decision support information to project teams, business, and IT management. Makes recommendations based on current project status to resolve issues and manage risks. . Resource and Team Management: o Coordinate resources to ensure project needs are addressed and effectively assign tasks and deliverables to team members based upon their abilities. Motivates project team in order to deliver project outcomes. . Quality Management: o Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and functional policies and procedures. . Decisions: o Make decisions that impact project level activities. Influences or has final decision authority for project budget. . Financial Control: o Develops and manages a large financial plan with multi-million dollar spend over two years. Tracks actual spend, accruals, proactively creates spend estimates on a regular basis (at least monthly) and coordinates estimates and invoices with project vendors, in order to maintain spend at +/- 10% of the overall project budget. Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems/Computer Science or related discipline. . At least 7 to 10 years of experience with driving projects through various phases of a system lifecycle, including technology assessments. . Experienced in Resource Management, Delivery Management, Schedule/Task Management, Project Monitoring, Status Reporting . Proven Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills are required. . Individual must be able to work full time on-site (North Chicago). . Years of experience/education and/or certifcations required: o 7-10 years o Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems/Computer Science or related discipline * What are the top 3-5 skills requirements should this person MUST have? 1. Combo o Group setting o Individual Setting o Combination of both Position ID: DYES00006821 Job Title: Systems Administrator /Cloud Security Analyst Location: Chicago, IL Duration: 12 Months+ Locals only JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES: The Enterprise Cybersecurity team is seeking an analyst to support the Cloud Security and Visibility initiatives across Client's Managed Cloud instances. This is a global team based in the Chicago Area. The Cloud Security Analyst will be responsible for operations activities in Client's cloud governance solution. The analyst also provides guidance and recommendations for best practices regarding adherence to Client policy over cloud configurations and use. The ideal candidate has knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud environments, and secure configurations. Responsible for access management to solution, policy management in the solution, onboarding, lifecycle management, SIEM integration/reporting, executive reports, platform maintenance, and impact analysis. Partner with the Cloud Architecture and Engineering teams when implementing policies on the platform. Focuses on security, cost, and availability when implementing cloud policy guardrails. Core Job Responsibilities of the Cloud Security Analyst: Planning: Create appropriate plans for reviewing cloud security policies and alerts to non-compliance Security: Ensure the security controls and alerts are implemented for each monitored cloud instance Communication: Communicate security policy and best practice compliance alerts and remediation recommendations.
