o How the Organization structure should look like
o What should be the right development methodology (SAP Activate, etc.)
o SAP and non-SAP tools required for Development
o What skills and training are required for the team to carry the
development
o How to establish connection? How to carry development and testing, etc.
o Identify the key development decision around In-Apps extension vs
Custom Development
