Or equivalent work experience. - *Responsibilities *include but are not limited to the following: - Upgrading Windows Server 2012 and 2016 servers to Windows server 2019 with minimal supervision. - Provide support for end users during the migration of their user ID and assigned computers from the District specific domain to the consolidated root domain. - Performing advanced troubleshooting to determine cause of problem. Installs, configures and provides user support of personal computers and Windows Servers to include software installation and upgrades, patches and advanced technical support within specified time frame. - Generates and maintains technical documentation as assigned. - Performs Active Directory administration following applicable standards and guidelines.
