We have an opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst that will liaise
between IT and software quality assurance to develop software quality
assurance documentation required for the validation of development and
testing tools.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
. Collaborates with internal customers to ensure user requirements
are complete and concise, confirming that changes and enhancements meet
technical specifications and user requirements
. May interact with the business to elicit, analyze and document
detailed business requirements
. Performs business process analysis to define how applications
should be configured to meet those needs
. Using technical competencies to transform business requirements
into functional/technical documentation
. Performs a variety of tasks to review, analyze and modify business
application systems including configuration, testing, and implementation
. Maps current processes to the desired state and identifies gaps
such as program functions, output requirements, input requirements and
sources, data conversion strategies, and system techniques and controls
. Provides solid test designs, develops test cases and
reviews/approves the execution of those test cases
. Must have the ability to perform work in various project phases
like Process Analysis, Requirements, User Acceptance Testing and Training
. Develops business relationships and integrates activities with
other IT departments to ensure successful implementation and support of
project efforts.
. Manages relationships between clients involved and IT
organizations to assure effective communication between the groups is
occurring.
. Author non-product software lifecycle documents including (but not
limited to) system risk classifications, User and functional requirement
specifications, project plans, validation plans, functional tests,

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
Required
. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or MIS, or other field of
Engineering or equivalent. No advanced degree required.
. 5+ years of work experience, with 3+ in IT or engineering

. Familiarity with code management software and automated testing
tools (Git Hub, Git Hub Actions, XCTest, Simulator, Expresso, Jira Cloud)
. Experience at a company that operates in a regulated industry (Med

Job Summary:
The IT DevOps Engineer will be directly involved in conducting analysis,
creating technical/functional specs, configuration, testing, implementation,
system administration and support of new and existing applications and
processes to enable development teams to more rapidly release medical device
software and systems. This role will provide expertise that is critical in
assisting with the identification of opportunities for the effective use of
technology and the implementation of IT solutions on behalf of internal
business product development groups.
The DevOps Engineer is responsible for collaborating with internal
stakeholders, including medical device software development teams and
partner information technology resources to support business processes and
provide operational efficiency using industry standard technologies.
This position will work collaboratively with other IT and software
engineering teams to deploy and operate our systems/platforms, and support
client utilization. This will include helping to automate and streamline our
operations and processes, along with building and maintaining tools for
deployment, monitoring and operations. Additionally, this position will
troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in our dev, test and production
environments.
Job Duties:
* Manage and enhance CI/CD infrastructure and tools to improve the
development workflow for numerous different development teams
* Design, build, and run CI/CD pipelines for a spectrum of software
* Administer and troubleshoot issues in development tools such as
Jira, Bitbucket, Nexus, Confluence, and Jenkins suite of applications
* Responsible for building and developing IT solutions
* Experience in creating, managing and troubleshooting shell scripts
* Present system designs and technical implementation details to
engineers and partner IT teams
* Collaborate with partner IT staff to improve processes and
infrastructure setup
* Contribute to end-user training as needed and comfortable
providing day-to-day tier 2 support
