Please go through the requirement for *Role: Senior Performance Architect * Let me know if any of your consultant who is suitable would be interested , get back to me with his details and updated resume. *Role: Sr Performance Architect* *Location: Remote* *Duration: 12 Months* *Job description:* Performance Architect for Cloud Native Center of Competency – Senior Performance Architect ( Architect+ Tech/Team Level candidates) *Key Responsibilities:* *Provide leadership in the performance evaluation and optimization of resilient, highly available, infrastructure and applications on Public and Private Clouds (IBM Cloud, Amazon Web Services, OpenStack), *including integrating IBM & third-party products and tools. Lead gathering of requirements and analysis Develop performance testing framework & data collection tools Provision and deploy performance testing testbeds & set up performance monitoring tools Develop benchmarks, performance test scripts Execute performance regression tests, load tests, and endurance tests. Integrate with DevOps pipelines where applicable. Collect and aggregate performance data, including log analysis Perform data analysis, include code path length analysis, bottleneck analysis, capacity planning, etc. Leverage AI analytics where applicable. Develop performance models based on available performance data Present performance data, analysis, recommendations, best practices to internal and cross-organizational teams *Contribute to Cloud Open Source development communities maintaining a thought leader role* *Be an *effective creator, implementer and driver of process improvement Provide technical & thought leadership on solution design of IBM's technology roadmaps Ability to drive progress independently as well as problem-solve collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Use technical and business acumen to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and actively seek new projects/opportunities Work as an integral part of IBM Cloud team Support key executive relationships *Attributes* *Performance Testing & Analysis Experience**:* Automated unit & functional testing Developing test scripts using shell scripts, JavaScript, Node JS, Java Spring Boot, etc. Using GUI/web test recording and playback frameworks, such as Selenium, etc. Experience with log analysis with Kibana Knowledge of cloud infrastructure is required. Experience of working on Amazon AWS and IBM Cloud is a big plus. Knowledge of Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, dashboards, and containers is required. Familiarity with Grafana dashboard is a plus. Performance testing and analysis techniques. Experience of performance testing and analysis in a cloud environment is a big plus Working experience with open-source load generators / performance tools, such as JMeter, BlazeMeter, etc. Experience with proprietary tools like MicroFocus VuGEN/TruClient a plus. Experience with application monitoring tools, such as DynaTrace, New Relic, etc. is a big plus. Experience with Splunk is a big plus Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus Experience with DevOps toolchain *Workload & Solution Experience**:* Full stack development using programming languages, such as Python, JAVA, and GO Microservices development is a big plus Agile development skills and methodologies, familiar with tools like ZenHub, AHA, Trello, GitHub and experience with scrum master role, Sprint planning, Backlogs and Playbacks Experience working with solutions on major cloud providers including Amazon Web Services (AWS), IBM Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. Familiarity of cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes, containers – includes orchestration, networking, data ingestion & analytics, containers, visualization, and security, is a big plus. Experience with AI Deep Learning frameworks like Caffe and Tensorflow Experience working on solutions with Distributed computing systems and data processing platforms like Apache Hadoop, IBM Big Insights, Hyperledger Fabric, etc. Experience with SQL/NO-SQL databases like Cloudant, MYSQL, Cassandra, Redis etc. Experience in Opensource development and platforms like OpenStack, Apache projects and others Experience engaging customers while performing solution architectures, with results-oriented mentality and excellent customer service. Strong communication verbal and reading, collaboration and with experience in technical training, major conferences and educational backgrounds.
